FAQ
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Pup Jolly Meal has a minimum of 10 packs, and BarkNLunch a minimum of 9 packs. You can order both in one go.
How early should I order?
Please order at least 3 days before your party so we can prep and print your customized labels.
Pickup or delivery?
Both are available. Delivery/courier fee is shouldered by the customer and arranged separately.
Is the food safe for dogs?
Yes. Everything is made fresh with dog-safe ingredients, no harmful seasonings.
How much is delivery?
You can pick up your order for free at 1459 Algeciras Street, Sampaloc, Manila, or have it delivered via Lalamove or Grab. Delivery is booked through those apps and the courier fee is shouldered by the customer (paid straight to the rider).
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Since our Pawty Bark Meals are custom-made and prepared especially for your furbaby, all payments are non-refundable once the order is confirmed and processing has started. Here's our refund/retention schedule:

How do I store the packs?
